Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION:
Cancelled appointments will result in loss of deposit.
GENERAL:
$20 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm appointment.
If no deposit is sent, that means the date and time you requested will not be on hold.
RESCHEDULES:
Reschedules must be notified 48 hours prior to appointment in order for the deposit to be valid for the service.
One deposit allows, one reschedule.
Any changes made sooner than the 48 hour time frame will result in an additional $20 fee.
GRACE PERIOD:
A 15 minute grace period will be implemented. If you are past the 15 min grace period your appointment will be cancelled. You will have to schedule a new appointment with a new $20 non-refundable deposit.
Other:
Must come with bare finger nails for first time appointment . If a soak off is needed, there will be a fee of $25 soak off for other nail techs work.
Please inform if you have any allergies. You are responsible to inform me regarding any allergies.
If you do not like your color, please notify us on the first nail painted and we will change it, otherwise no changes or refunds after nails have been cured.
